We are the only B&B in Camden Maine that has a menu select for breakfast. We also have a nice long time frame for breakfast, 7:30 – 10:00am. You come when you are ready and eat what you like. Why? Because we are serious about breakfast. We love cooking and filling people with good food. My husband says it gives us points in heaven to serve people well.
We recently revamped our Vegan options. We have several things on our menu for people to choose if they have dietary issues. But the vegan diet was a little hard because of the lack of eggs and dairy. Usually we can work easily around diabetics, gluten free and peanut allergy, but the non dairy and eggs was a challenge.
Here are our new Vegan options:
Coconut milk pancakes
Wheatberry breakfast bowl
Warm and nutty Quinoa
Oatmeal
Granola
Fruit
Vegan Bacon
Selection of breads with Apple Butter
Soy milk
V-8
Vegan French Toast (from about.com):
