Not all of us who like to drink cocktails know how to make them. A basic understanding of proportions and components of cocktails will enable you to build a repertoire that has your friends thinking you’ve actually got bartending skills. Our focus will be classic cocktails, made of no more than three or four ingredients. We will also review the equipment needed to make a proper cocktail and glassware. Lastly, we will explore homemade tinctures, bitters and syrups.
