In this class, explore traditional methods of making pasta and its history throughout various regions in Italy.  Students will crank out sheets of handmade dough, fold little raviolis and spin gnocchi off the tines of a fork.  Through three time-honored regional dishes, learn correct cooking, dressing and plating of pasta and then sit down around our farm table to share a family style meal while listening to Louis Prima.  Dishes may include gnocchi Genovese, ravioli with brown butter, ricotta and herbs and a classic spaghetti carbonara.
This class is $85

Our classes are at the whim of the weather, farmers’ schedules and fluctuating tides, and therefore are subject to change.
