We’ve got you covered with our kale and cacao smoothie. You can choose from many options and not feel like you’re compromising your taste, values or standards while on vacation.
Windward House’s complimentary breakfast is made fresh to order from our menu items. We use natural, local and organic ingredients, and offer gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. In addition to our standard menu items we supplement our complimentary breakfast with daily market fresh specials.

Windward House, a B&B in Maine is a hotel or lodging that offers a complimentary breakfast with your room. While there are many lodgings in Camden that offer complimentary breakfast, while they vary from continental to gourmet, Windward House is the only hotel lodging or b&b in Camden Maine that offers a full menu breakfast, made to order as part of the complimentary breakfast. We use local coffee roasters and freshly ground beans of a fair traded shade grown organic variety – Windward House Blend. It is rich and aromatic but not overpowering.

Gluten Free Breakfast

We offer several breakfast options that are gluten free, including some that are also vegan and vegetarian. In addition to bacon, and sausage, we have pancakes, waffles, and sticky rice with coconut milk and maple syrup.
Our fresh local organic free range eggs are bright yellow and pure white and taste like a good morning. Made to order over easy, poached, fried or in an omelet.

Crows Nest Room , this bed and breakfast room can be laid out in two different configurations with advance notice, so when booking please specify whether you wish to have 2 single beds or one king bed. Our best value, small room third floor, queen king or two twin beds. This room plus the Crow’s Nest Queen room make up the third floor of the B&B, so if you rent both you can accommodate up to four people, 0r just rent one for a great night’s sleep and a fantastic breakfast! The ceiling comes down around the edges of the room, above the loo boys so no standing. Skylights to view stars at night plus a window, one room faces backyard and one faces the front.

This is a room right next door to the Crows Nest Room. While Crow’s Nest may be made up as a king or a queen, the Crow’s Nest Queen is only a Queen Bed configuration. This bed and breakfast room is our best value, small room third floor, queen bed sized room. If this room is rented plus the next door Crow’s Nest you would occupy the entire third floor, making the two rooms the best value in a B&B room for sleeping four people. This room is in the eaves of the house so the ceiling comes down around the edges of the room, above the loo boys so no standing.
