This is a ground floor private entrance room. The Carriage room is the bottom of the barn where traditionally the carriage was kept. It is large wide room. There is a beautiful king size bed, private bathroom with claw foot tub and separate standing shower. This room has a tv, wifi-access, air conditioner and fireplace.

2. Coastal Garden Room

This is a ground floor room that opens into the garden of the Inn. Private entrance from side of house. The room is comfortable and warm. There is a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower tub combination. There is an air conditioner and a fireplace. TV with dvd player.

3. Crows Nest Suite

The Crows Nest is the 3rd floor of the house. On the 3rd floor we have 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, television, and air conditioner. Each room has a nice sky light that most of our guest say makes you feel like you are camping under the stars. This suite is great for a family or 2 couples traveling together.
Each room can also be reserved separately.
Please note, if two bedrooms are reserved, the rate is typically twice the rate for the season as would be reflected in the quote online, if you enter that you are booking both bedrooms in the suite, or more than 2 people. Double occupancy rate is for a single bedroom.

4. Windrose Suite

This is a private 2nd floor 2 room suite. It has a sitting room and a bedroom. In staying with the Ship theme of the Inn, this room is named a Windrose to represent the instrument that meteorologists use to tell wind speed and direction. Some former guests may remember this room being named the Trisha Romance Suite. Trisha Romance is a famous Canadian artist that used to frequent this room when in Camden Maine. This is a very comfortable room with 2 televisions, dvd player, bathroom with claw foot tub and separate standing shower. It has a very romantic private feel, like your own private little apartment.

5. Chart Room

This ground floor room is named the Chart Room giving it the honor of being the Captain’s Office. It is a grand 2 room suite. There is a bed room and a sitting room with a private bathroom that has a shower tub combination, the tub being a jacuzzi. There are 2 tvs, and air conditioner, pull out coach, VCR, and fireplace. The room is more traditional with an antique desk and library bookshelf wall in the sitting area. The bed is a queen lace canopy. French doors lead to a small porch adjoining the bedroom and looking out into the backyard.

6. Brass Room

This comfortable 2nd floor room is named for the brass bed it has. This room has a private bathroom with shower. There is a large private deck that overlooks the Inn’s gardens. The deck can’t be beat in the summer and autumn where many guests have relaxed after a day of touring sipping wine and eating delectable Maine made cheese!
7. Elijah Glover Room

Period Decorated Second Floor Room. This quaint room on the second floor of the main house is named for the Windward House’s builder, Elijah Glover, a shipbuilder and lumberman. The room is period decorated and contains a 4 poster queen bed, comfortable private in – suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer.
