Camden Windward House will host a cookie walk during Christmas By the Sea Weekend. Come and select from dozens of cookies to make your special christmas platter. Area mothers and businesses donate dozens of cookies for the effort.

All proceeds go to Area Families in Need. Nurse Judy Colossey at Camden Hills High School and Middle School has been helping needy families for over 30 years.  Last year Nurse Clossey helped 95- 100 familes and children in the five town area. Her efforts are altuistic, generous and private. Please come and pick up a dozen christmas cookies to support this effort. If Nurse Clossey has money after Christmas, she helps children buy new sneakers and clothes throughout the year.  Saturday December 5th 2009 , 1-4pm. (after Santa reads a Christmas Story at the Library) Windward House is across from the Camden Public Library.  If you or someone you know has the decision to pay the bills or have a holiday - contact Judy Clossey -236-7800 ext 250. To donate or contribute cookies, please call Kristi at Windward House: 236-9656

Christmas By The Sea

Camden at Christmas time is great. The town decorated like a Norman Rockwell Picture. There are carolers, horse drawn carriages, christmas trees, a parade with santa and santa arriving by lobster boat. My favorite thing that weekend is the live nativity at the Baptist church. They do a great job, with live animals and all, and it is FREE. Great for families.
