Ephemere Cafe and Wine Bar

This is an excellent choice for dinner. The new owner is friendly and a very good host. The food is excellent. We at Windward House highly recommend Ephemere. Local cuisine with a french flare.

The old owner of Ephemere used to work for Francines restuarant. Francines is also a local favorite and excellent restaurant. The food at Ephemere is similar to Francies, so if you can not make a reservation at Francines, Ephemere  is the next best thing. The new owner is a true professional and has kept the menu and quality of the food as the same as the previous owner.

Ephemere – means Ephemeral – Fleeting passing, There used to be joke in town that there were so many restaurants in this one place, very short lived, so we thought that the owner was playing a joke that perhaps his restaurant would be the next to go – so far this one is a keeper.
