Night tent wedding

The Windward House Bed and Breakfast can host up to 130 guests. The venue is the Inn and a tent. Guests can mingle inside or outside the inn,  making everyone comfortable.

Windward House is walking distance to all Camden Activities. Guests have the freedom to plan their weekend in conjunction with the wedding festivities.

The Inns Caterer is a local celebrity that has appeared on television and many magazines. The caterer has experience with small weddings and grand weddings. She  has an unparalleled creativity with local fare  that makes for a divine wedding dinner.

Wedding “green” intiatives include: Eco friendly bar with bio degradable cups and organic wine selection,  wedding trash recycled,  catering menus that use local ingredients, in town location- across from beautiful, historic Bok Amphitheathre (were most of our brides choose to have their wedding ceremony) guests can walk and leave the car behind and a beautiful garden that is not touched by pesticides.

A Slow Wedding…..

Consider this relaxing wedding idea. Invite your family to stay at the Camden Windward House Bed and Breakfast for 2 days. On the first day everyone is checking in and checking out each other’s rooms. Stroll across the street to the Camden Amphitheatre for your ceremony rehearsal. That evening head into the downtown and enjoy your rehearsal wedding dinner. Next day everyone wakes up and enjoys a wonderful breakfast together. Around 11:00am, get married across the street at the amphitheatre, 11:45am get your pictures taken and your guests can come back to the Inn and freshen- up. 12:30 -1:00 family and friends meet up again for a wonderful lunch in town and wedding cake.  4:00pm invite family and friends back to the Inn for some more relaxed enjoyment. 7:00pm, order some food to the Inn, 9:00pm go out on the town again.  Next morning, all wake up and enjoy a final breakfast together.

This is a wonderful slow celebration. Gathering in celebration, joy, & family.
