The Quarterdeck is a deluxe, 2nd-floor king room, with a large private deck and separate entrance from the main house. Located in the back of the property, this very private room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with an enormous deck, overlooking Mt. Battie. The high vaulted ceilings add additional natural light with a series of skylights.  Other amenities include a gas fireplace, refrigerator, and large Samsung smart TV.

The en-suite bathroom features a single-person tub and a separate walk-in shower.

In nautical terms, the quarterdeck is a raised deck behind the main mast of a sailing ship. Traditionally it was where the captain commanded his vessel and where the ship’s military colors were kept. This led to its use as the main ceremonial and reception area. From relaxing to stargazing, let the Quarterdeck be the focal point of your New England trip.
